Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are handled for purchases made through KMR.
1. Overview
At KMR, we strive to deliver high-quality services and ensure your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or placing an order.
2. Digital Services
For digital services including web development, automation, AI integration, and consulting:
• If no work has commenced on your project, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order
• Once work has started, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis based on the percentage of work completed
• If the project is delayed beyond the agreed timeline due to our fault, you may be eligible for a partial refund
• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after approval
3. VPS & Hosting Services
For VPS hosting and related infrastructure services:
• Hosting fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable for the current billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, and service will continue until the end of the current billing period
• Setup fees are non-refundable once the server has been provisioned
• Downtime credits may be issued if uptime falls below our 99.9% SLA
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
• Domain registration and renewal fees
• Third-party service fees paid on your behalf (licenses, API subscriptions, SSL certificates)
• Setup and configuration fees for services that have been fully delivered
• Deposits or advance payments for work already completed
• Digital products or downloadable assets that have been delivered in full
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us via email at contact@kazimamun.net within the applicable refund period
2. Include your order number, the service in question, and the reason for your request
3. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days
4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
5. You will be notified once the refund has been initiated
We may request additional information to process your refund request.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably. Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of services and referral to collections.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Existing orders will be governed by the policy in effect at the time the order was placed.
