Terms of Service

By accessing or using the KMR website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

KMR provides web development, VPS hosting, automation solutions, AI integration, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each service will be outlined in individual service agreements or project proposals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

As a user of our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or creating accounts • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws • Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with our systems • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform • You are responsible for any content you submit or upload through our services

All content, designs, code, and materials provided through our services (excluding any third-party assets or client-provided content) remain the intellectual property of KMR unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full payment for services, the client receives the rights to the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Payments for services are processed through our secure payment gateway. Prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are as follows: • A 50% advance payment is required to start most projects • The remaining balance is due upon completion or as specified in the project agreement • All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy • We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice

Clients may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided no work has commenced. After work has started, cancellation terms follow our Refund Policy. KMR reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or if the requested services violate applicable laws.

KMR and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Our services may integrate with or reference third-party platforms and services (e.g., VPS providers, payment gateways, cloud storage). We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or performance of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Bangladesh.
